White sauce with meat cubes


As tasty as the mushroom one



* 1 kg meat (chicken, veal)
* 2 spoons flour
* 4 eggs
* 1 onion
* 1 carrot
* 1 celery knob
* 100 g butter
* 4 spoons sour cream (or 1 mug milk)
* salt, pepper
* 2 spoons chopped parsley


Boil the meat with the onion, carrot, celery, salt, pepper. Chop the meat into biggish cubes and fry it some more for the taste. Melt butter and mix it with the flour. Mix permanently not to have clots. Add some chicken broth. Mix continuously. Separately mix 4 yolks plus 4 spoons sour cream and gently pour over the sauce. Use small fire. Add the meat and let it boil for other 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle parsley, dill. Serve hot with polenta, no bread, and moist it with white wine, such as Sauvignon.
