Tuna with lettuce salad

Extremely simple, low fat, low cholesterol and absolutely fabulous

Ingredients:

* 1 can tuna
* 2 tomatoes
* 2 cucumbers
* 5 leaves lettuce
* 2 tablespoons mayonaise
* salt, pepper
* lemon juice
* (optional hard boiled eggs)

Preparation:

Wash and cut into cubes the tomatoes and cucumbers. Slice the lettuce. Mix them together. Add the smashed tuna (or tuna flakes), mayonaise and the hard boiled egg. Toss everything. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also add lemon juice.
