Ingredients:

* 1 sprig fresh green thyme
* 1 small onion
* 1 lemon or 2 tablespoons of vinegar
* salt
* pepper
* olive oil

Preparation:

Wash and gently chop the thyme. Peel, slice and keep the onion in cold water for 10 minutes. Mix the thyme with the onions and pour over a dressing made out of 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one lemon, salt, pepper to taste. Excellent to accompany grilled meat.
