Stuffed pumpkin flowers

* minced meat
* onion
* carrots
* salt, pepper
* eggs


Hollow out the pumpkin flowers, wash them. Scrap the carrot, chop the onion and mix with meat, salt, pepper. Temper them in a bit of butter. Mix this with some bread core (sponge) which was soaked and squeezed and with one or two eggs. Fill the flowere very gently and place them in a sauce pan. Add a thin slice of tomato on each stuffed flower. Add tomato salsa, white wine, a bit of water. Boil for a little while until the eggs from the the mixture become harder. Serve hot with white wine.
