A delicious lamb stew



* 1 kg lamb meat
* 1 onion
* 1 spoon flour
* lots of fresh dill and parsley
* green (spring) onion
* green garlic
* 1 small glass oil
* salt, pepper, paprika


First fry the green onion and garlic. Remove from fire. Fry the dry (regular) onion with chopped meat and pepper, paprika. Add water and let it boil for 1 hour. Mix the flour with a bit of cold water and pour it over the meat. Add the fried green onion and garlic and let it boil for another 15 minutes. Salt it and sprinkle on top a generous amount of chopped dill and parsley. Drink red wine with it.
