Smashed potatoes with bacon
This is very easy to cook and very tasty
* 1/2 kg potatoes
* half mug milk
* 2 spoons butter
* smoked bacon, sliced
Peel, boil and smash the potatoes. Incorporate butter, salt, milk. Rub well until obtain a foamy cream. Mix in some shredded parmesan. In a nonstick skillet cook the bacon until crisp. Drain from excess oil and serve with smashed potatoes. You can eat it with pickles or a sourish salad.
