Sausages with polenta


Very easy and tasty dish



* 1 cup corn flour
* 2 1/2 cups milk
* 1 can chicken broth (optional, if not use water)
* pepper, salt to taste
* 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan
* 8 pieces sausages
* 1/2 cup water


Whisk broth and corn flour in a large pot. Put to boil 15 minutes. Stir. Add milk, pepper, salt. Boil until thickens. Fry sausages in a nonstick skillet for 5 minutes. Cook until liquid evaporates and sausages are charred. Whisk cheese into polenta. Serve hot and wash it down with wine.
