Romanian onion stew

Less then one hour for this extraordinady stew

Ingredients:

* 500 gr fatty meat
* 700 gr onions
* salt, pepper

Preparation:

Chop the meat and the onions and fry them together. Let them soften really well. Add salt, peper. Optional you can add some tomatoe salsa.
