Description: The Rarau stone fort and the alpine shelter of the Giumalau massif render the picturesque marks of these mountains with gentle heights and covered by old forests full of medieval legends.
Location: They are part of the Bucovina Mountains situated in the Eastern Carpathians, neighbouring with Campulung Depresion, Voronetului Mountains in east, Bistritei Mountains in south and Bargaului Mountains in west.
