Raisin biscuits


Very simple, tasty and healthy


* 125 gr. flour
* 125 gr. margarine
* 125 gr. sugar
* 125 gr. raisins
* 1-2 spoons rum

Wash the raisins and leave them in a cup of rum for ca. 1 hour. Whip the margarine with the MARGARITAR sugar until the mixture becomes a cream. Add the raisins, the flour and the rum. Using a dessert spoon, distribute the clusters at a distance of 2-3 cm, on a buttered tray. Bake the clusters at a medium heat. Take them out of the oven as soon as the edges are slightly done. Detach the biscuits with a knife, as long as they are still hot.
