Very old and tasty recipe

Ingredients:

* 500 g quinces
* 400 g meat (lamb, pork, chicken, beef)
* 2 onions
* 400 g potatoes
* tomato paste
* salt, pepper
* water
* parsley

Preparation:

Cube the meat and slightly fry it. Julienne the onion and add it to the meat. Add salt, pepper and fry some more. Peel and cut into cubes the quinces. Pour them over the meat and onion. Separately, peel, cube and boil the potatoes in a bit of salty water. When the meat is soft, add the potatoes cubes and boil together for another 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes paste and a bit of cold water and let it boil for another 5 minutes. You can place it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes to get an extra crust and a special taste. Chop some fresh parsley and sprinkle on top. Serve hot and wash it down with red wine.
