Potato balls


Made out of potatoes, instead of the regular meat, this is a tasty dish for vegetarians as well



* 500 gr potatoes
* 200 gr sweet cheese
* oil
* dill (or parsli, green onion, green garlic etc)
* 2 eggs
* 150 gr flour
* salt to taste


Boil, peel and mince the potatoes. Mix eggs, flour, salt, dill and other greens. Make small balls as big as a walnut, fry them in hot oil. Serve with scraped pressed-cheese and sour-cream. Also used as side dish. Drink Romanian Plum Brandy (Tuica) to wash it down.
