A delicious easy to make dish

Ingredients:
* 1 kg of fresh tender pork meat
* pepper
* oil, red wine
* crushed garlic
* laurel leaves
Preparation: Place the steak sliced into 2 cm thick slices into a baking tray and pour on top a sauce made out of the above ingredients. Keep it at a very small fire until tender. Serve it with boiled cubed potatoes and sprinkle some chopped parsley on top. Wash it down with red wine.
