Stew with dried fruits and meat

Ingredients:

* 500 g veal
* 1 kg dried fruits (apples, pears, quinces, plums)
* salt, pepper, paprika
* onion, carrot, celery
* sour cream
* tomatoes paste

Preparation:

Boil the meat with the vegetables until soften. Remove the foam. Add salt, pepper, paprika and the dried fruits cut in pieces. Leave to boil for other 15 minutes. Remove water if too much. Add tomatoes salsa. Serve hot with sour cream and home made bread. Wash it down with wine.
