Nettles soup


A springtime soup full of good thingies.



* 0.5 kg nettles
* 1 garlic clove
* 200 ml yoghurt
* 1 litre Borsh
* lovage, pepper, salt
* 1 onion
* 2-3 spoons rice
* 1 egg
* 1 spoon scraped horse-radish


Wash, clean, scald and chop the nettles. Cut the onions. Put the nettles, onions to boil in 2 litres of water. After 30 minutes add the rice. Separately, mix the yoghurt, eggs, chopped the garlic. After the rice boiled, add the Borsh with the horse-radish. After 5 more minutes add the yoghurt with the eggs. Add chopped lovage when serving. Photo: the nettle plant
