Ingredients:

* 150 gr butter
* 1 mug sour-cream
* 1 kg mushrooms (2 cans)
* dill, parsli, (fresh or dry)
* 1 spoon flour
* 3 onions
* 1 clove of garlic

Preparation:

Chop the mushrooms and the onions and fry them in butter. Add the garlic. Add one glass of water, salt, pepper and let it boil for a little while. Mix the sour-cream with the flour and pour it over the mushrooms. Sprinkle some chopphed dill and parsli. Optional you can add garlic juice mixed with squashed hazelnuts. Serve hot with white wine.
