Mushroom sour soup


Takes little time to cook and even less time to eat it.



* 500 g dried mushrooms
* bullion (tomatoes paste)
* 4 cups chicken broth
* parsley, fennel, thyme
* 1 egg yolk
* 1/2 cup sour cream


Cut the dried mushroom into pieces and boil them in bullion. Add the chicken broth and the chopped greens. Bring to boil and cook it for 10 minutes. Wisk the egg yolk with the sour cream and some salt and pour over this mixture the boiling mushroom soup. Sprinkle some freshly chopped dill or parsley. Serve preferably hot.
