Ingredients:

* 2 cans of mushrooms (or 1 kg fresh)
* 1 onion
* 300 gr rice
* oil
* salt, pepper

Preparation:

Peel and chop the onion in fine cubes. Fry it gently until gets golden. Add the rice and fry them some more. Stir continuously. Add the washed, boiled and chopped mushrooms, plus salt and pepper. Fry together for 5 minutes. Add water to cover and put it in the oven until it dries up. Serve hot or cold with fresh chopped parsli on top. It also can be used as a side dish for roasted beef or fish.
