Ingredients:

* 500 gr pork meat
* 250 smoked sausages
* 300 gr cheese
* 3-4 spoons lard (oil)
* 10 garlic cloves
* 250 gr pork liver
* 1-2 pork kidneys
* 5 eggs
* salt, pepper

Preparation:

Clean, wash and keep over the night the kidneys in water with vinegar. Cut all the meat, kidneys, liver in cubes. Heat the lard (oil) and fry it all. When the meat is brownish add the garlic, salt, pepper. Place it on a large plate, add a pouched egg on each plate (5 servings recipe) and scrap some cheese.
