Mint, tomatoes salad

Ingredients:
* 1 sprig fresh, green mint
* 2 plump tomatoes
* 2 cucumbers
* olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic
* salt
* 1 lemon for juice
Preparation:
Wash, clean and cube the vegetables. Gently tear the mint leaves. If you cut them with a knife they might become black. Some people leave the mint leaves entire. Make a dressing out of oil, lemon juice, squashed garlic, salt and pour over the salad.
