Ingredients:

* 500 gr veal
* 300 gr bread core (heart, the sponge of the bread)
* 2 eggs
* 1 onion
* 500 gr pork
* 100 ml milk
* a generous amount of fresh, green dill
* flour
* 100 ml butter (or oil)
* salt, pepper
* 800 gr sour-cream
* 2 spoons dried mushroom powder (optional but strongly advised)

Preparation:

Mince the meat. Soak the bread in the milk and squeeze it well. Chop the onion and fry it in butter. Mix the eggs. Chop the dill. Mix the minced meat with bread heart, onion, eggs, a third from the dill, salt, pepper. Mix the flour with another third of the dill. Make balls from the meat and roll them through the flour-dill combination. Fry them in butter (oil) until redden. Mix the sour-cream with 2 spoons of flour, the remaining dill and the mushroom powder. Move the balls into a sauce pan, pour over the sour-cream and place it in the oven. Leave until the sour-cream sauce remains half. Hint: you can replace the dill with taragon.

Serve hot with white wine.
