Little meat balls


Very taste with mustard and horse-radish.



* 1 kg veal
* 250 gr lamb
* 250 gr horse (optional)
* 500 gr pork
* 1 spoon salt
* 1 head garlic
* pepper, chili
* thyme
* 3 spoons sour-cream or 1 spoon dicarbonate
* 1 spoon cumin, rosemary, juniper
* 1 spoon sweet paprika


Mince the meats and mix them with all the spices and ingredients. Place the mixture in the fridge for a few hours. Make small cilinders of meat and grill them on a wooden fire. Serve hot with a mix of horse-radish and mustard or garlic sauce in which you added chopped dill, parsli and lovage. Wash it down with with demisec wine. Best served with French rolls.
