Leek with olives

Ingredients:
* 3 pieces of leek
* 3 tomatoes
* dill
* salt, pepper, paprika
* lemon juice or small glass white wine
* small glass oil
* 1 onion
* 100 gr black olives
* 3-4 garlic cloves
Preparation:
Cut the onion, tomatoes, garlic in small pieces. Fry the onion until golden, add tomatoes, garlic, paprika, pepper. Cut the leek in small circular slices. Pour it over the tomatoes and some water. Let it boil on a small fire for 30 minutes. Remove te seeds (optional) from the olives and put them over the tomatoes, leek. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes, add the lemon juice or the wine. When ready chop the dill and sprinkle.
Can be served even cold with white wine, Muscat Ottonel.
