Ingredients:

* 1 kg green beans
* 2 spoons butter
* parsley
* dill
* mug sour cream
* 1 spoon flour
* salt, pepper

Preparation:

Clean, wash and boil the green beans for half an hour. Chop the parsely and dill and mix them with sour cream and flour. Pour the sour cream over the beans and put it in the oven until dries up a bit. Optional you can add some butter flakes and let it in the oven until reddens. Hint: the people in the North-West of Romania add to the same dish: one onion (fried before), one spoon paprika, one teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar.
