Ingredients:
* 1/5 kg of onion
* tomato paste (or squashed tomatoes)
* salt, pepper
* parsley
* and of course, 1 kg fish
Preparation:
Cut and fry the fish into a bit of oil. Remove from fire. Cut the onions julliene and fry it gently until golden. Add the tomatoes paste and a little water, salt and pepper. Place the fish on top of this sauce and bring to boil once. Sprinkle finelly chopped parsely on top.
Serve with hot polenta or country made bread.
