Fish balls soup
A very nutritious, healthy and light dish.
* 1 kg fish
* 1 egg
* 1 cup rice
* salt, pepper
Clean and cut into pieces the onions, carrots, potatoes. Boil them in salty water. Clean the fish of bones and mince the meat twice. Add salt, one egg, pepper, the rice and mix everything well until you obtain a homogenous paste. Make some little fish balls and place them in the soup where the onions, carrots, potatoes are boiling. Let them boil for 10 minutes and remove from fire. You can add Borsch to taste if you like the sourish taste. Sprinkle some parsley on top.
