Ingredients:

* 2 tomatoes
* 2 bell peppers
* 1 eggplants
* 2 squash (or zucchini)
* 2-3 garlic cloves
* 1 mug tomatoes salsa
* 3 potatoes or kohlrabi
* 3-5 spoons oil or butter
* 6 cabbage leaves
* parsley
* 3 big onions
* pepper wine

Filling: Mix minced meat (of any kind: chicken, beef, pork) with finely chopped onion, egg, rice, dill, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme. For those who want to avoid meat mix stir-fried chopped mushrooms with an egg and greens.

Preparation:
Clean and hollow out the tomatoes, bell peppers, kohlrabies, potatoes, and onions. Slice the eggplants and the zucchini. Scald the cabbage leaves to soften them and stuff them with the filling (meat or mushrooms). Also fill the hollowed vegetables. Place them in a saucepan and pour tomatoes salsa, wine, squashed garlic, pepper, thyme, paprika and a bit of water on top. Leave to boil for more than an hour until the sauce dries up. When serve sprinkle some chopped parsley. Serve hot and wash it down with red wine.
