Made out of potatoes in the north of Romania.

Ingredients:
* 1 kg potatoes
* oil (lard)
* 4 eggs
* salt, pepper
Preparation:
Peel and scrap the potatoes. Add salt and let it drain. Squeeze it well and add the eggs, salt, pepper. Heat the oil and take little balls with a spoon from the potatoe paste. Fry until gets golden. Serve hot with sour-cream and scrapped cheese and white wine.
