Beetroot soup

Yumy!

Ingredients:

* 3 l water
* 1 kg beetroot
* 1 spoon flour
* 1 spoon sugar
* 1 cup sour cream
* 2 spoons vinegar
* salt
* 1 teaspoon butter
* boiled noodles or toast

Preparation:

Clean the beetroots, wash and grate. Set to boil with the water for 30-40 minutes. Strain and then add to the liquid the salt, sugar and vinegar. After it comes to another boil, add the butter mixed with the flour and sour cream, mix well and let it boil for a little while. Serve with boiled noodles or toast.

Beer soup

It sounds weird, but try it out anyway

Ingredients

* 1 qt beer
* 1/2 piece cinnamon bark
* 4 cloves garlic
* sugar to taste
* 1 tbs butter
* 4 egg yolks
* 1/2 pint sweet cream

Very smooth.

Ingredients:

* 500 g dry beans
* 250 g smoked pork ham
* 1 large onion diced
* 2 spoons lard
* 1 spoon paprika
* 1 spoon dill or parsley
* 2-3 spoon vinegar or more
* salt and pepper

Preparation:
