Zucchini stuffed with eggplants

Vegetarian recipe, very tasty

Ingredients:

* 1 kg zucchini
* 500 gr eggpant salad (check the Salad section)

Preparation:

Boil the zucchinni for 10 minutes. Cut them in pieces if they are too long, like of 7 cm, and hollow out the core and stuff the eggplant salad. Ornate with tomatoes slices.

* 1 kg fresh mushrooms (or 2,3 cans)
* 2 spoons flour
* 4 eggs
* 100 g butter
* 4 spoons sour cream (or 1 mug milk)

* 1 coffee cup of milk

Smashed potatoes with bacon

This is very easy to cook and very tasty

Ingredients:

* 1/2 kg potatoes
* salt
* half mug milk
* 2 spoons butter
* parmesan
* smoked bacon, sliced

Preparation:

Peel, boil and smash the potatoes. Incorporate butter, salt, milk. Rub well until obtain a foamy cream. Mix in some shredded parmesan. In a nonstick skillet cook the bacon until crisp. Drain from excess oil and serve with smashed potatoes. You can eat it with pickles or a sourish salad.

Sausages with polenta

Very easy and tasty dish

Ingredients:

* 1 cup corn flour
* 2 1/2 cups milk
* 1 can chicken broth (optional, if not use water)
* pepper, salt to taste
* 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan
* 8 pieces sausages
* 1/2 cup water

Preparation:

Whisk broth and corn flour in a large pot. Put to boil 15 minutes. Stir. Add milk, pepper, salt. Boil until thickens. Fry sausages in a nonstick skillet for 5 minutes. Cook until liquid evaporates and sausages are charred. Whisk cheese into polenta. Serve hot and wash it down with wine.

Romanian onion stew

Less then one hour for this extraordinady stew

Ingredients:

* 500 gr fatty meat
* 700 gr onions
* salt, pepper

Preparation:

Chop the meat and the onions and fry them together. Let them soften really well. Add salt, peper. Optional you can add some tomatoe salsa.

A traditional Romanian way of preparing the meat balls

Ingredients:

* 1 kg veal meat (from the neck is better)
* 250 gr lamb
* 250 horse meat (optional)
* 500 pork meat
* 1 spoon salt
* 1 head garlic
* pepper, salt, chilli
* thyme
* 3 spoons sour-cream or 1 spoon dicarbonate
* 1 spoon cumin, juniper
* 1 spoon paprika (sweet or hot)
