Excellent pie

This is a typical Romanian pie and the filling vary according to the taste and area: cheese, meat, mushrooms etc.

Dough: 6 eggs, sufficient flour to mix with eggs until obtain a good spreading paste. Spread a layer and let it dry out a bit then cut squares of 7-8 cm.

Fillings:

* Sweet or salty cheese, rubed out with cumin, eggs or
* fried chopped mushrooms with fried onions, garlic, 1 eggs or
* jam, fruits

Fill each square and fold it in such way to look like a triangle. Place them in hot salty boiling water. When they surface, remove them from water and place them on a plate. Pour a bit of melted butter. Serve hot with a glass of cold sour milk.
