Ingredients:

* 2 spoons butter
* 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
* 1 spoon rosemary
* 2 garlic coves
* black pepper, salt
* 2 oranges
* 1 spoon cornstarch
* 1/4 cup orange marmalade

Preparation:

In a nonstick skillet melt butter, squash garlic and fry chicken. Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper and fry for 6 minutes. Turn on the other side and fry for 8 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and place it on a serving plate. In the same skillet, pour over the juice from one orange, the marmalade, salt, cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water. Boil until it thickens. Add the other orange, peeled and cubed. Bring to another boil. Pour sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
