Chicken with pressed-cheese and sour-cream

Ingredients:

* 3 chicken boneless breasts
* flour
* paprika (sweet or hot)
* salt
* 1 box sour-cream (500 gr)
* 250 gr pressed-cheese
* oil

Preparation:

Roll the boneless chicken breasts through flour and paprika. Fry until get golden. Separatelt, scrap the pressed-cheese and melt it lightly. Add quickly the sour-cream, salt. Boil for few minutes. Place the chicken in the sour-cream sauce. Boil for some 5 more minutes. Hint: If you replace the pressed-cheese with Roquefort cheese you'll get an extra aroma.

Serve it hot and wash it down with white wine.
