Ingredients:
* 1 chicken
* 1 carrot
* 1 onion
* 400 gr rice
* 1-2 bell peppers
* 2 tomatoes
* oil
* salt, pepper
Preparation:
Peel and chop the onion in fine cubes. Scrap the carrot. Chop the bell peppers and tomatoes. Cut the meat in small cubes. Stir fry the onion and the meat together. Add the rice and fry them some more. Stir continuously. Add the vegetables plus salt and pepper. Add water to cover and put it in the oven until it dries up. Serve hot or cold with fresh chopped parsli on top.
Serve it hot with pickles or other sour salads. White wine to wash it down like Cabernet Sauvignon is strongly recommended.
