Ingredients:

* 500 ml beer
* 1 medium carp
* garlic
* butter
* 1 onion
* half lemon
* 1 bay leaf
* parsely, chives
* peppercorns, cloves, salt
* flour
* ground tabasco pepper

Preparation:

Rub a stewing dish with garlic, add one spoon butter, one finely sliced onion, half sliced lemon, the bay leaf (break it into small pieces), peppercorns, chopped parsley and the chives. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Cut the carp into big chunks, place it in the pot, pour over the beer. Bring to boil, then let it simmer for other 30 minutes. When done, remove the fish on a serving plate. In the remaining sauce, add some butter, flour, two cloves of garlic and freshly grounded tabasco pepper. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir continuously. Strain the sauce and pour over the fish.
