Ingredients:
* 3, 4 beetroots
* vinegar or lemon juice
* salt
* olive oil
* mustard
Preparation:
Wash well and boil some beetroots. Peel and cut them into round slices (or small cubes), and pour over a dressing made out of some olive oil, salt, 1 spoon mustard and vinegar (or lemon juice).
