Ingredients
* 1 qt beer
* 1/2 piece cinnamon bark
* 4 cloves garlic
* sugar to taste
* 1 tbs butter
* 4 egg yolks
* 1/2 pint sweet cream
Preparation
Put into a pot the cinnamon, beer, cloves of garlic and sugar to taste. Cover it and let it boil slightly. Beat the butter until you obtain a foam. Add the egg yolks one by one, while beating well. Add the fresh cream and whisk it well until foamy. Remove now the cinnamon bark and the cloves from the beer. Pour now the boiling beer onto the foamy mixture while stirring constantly. Mix well and serve hot with toasted slices of roll.
