Baked potatoes with eggs and cheese

This is a very vegetarian recipe with an excellent taste.

Ingredients:
* 1 kg potatoes
* 5 spoons sour-cream
* 200 gr cheese
* 4 eggs
* 100 gr pressed-cheese
* butter
Preparation:
Peel, cut in round thick slices (1 cm thick) and boil the potatoes. Hard boil the eggs, scrap the cheese. Place in a baking tray a layer of boiled potatoes, one layer of eggs, cut in round slices, and one layer of scrapped cheese. Go on until you finish the potatoes, eggs and the cheese. Place the sour-cream on top, uniformly, some cubes of butter and thin slices of pressed cheese. Bake it for 30 minutes until the pressed-cheese melts and gets a nice crust.
Serve hot with white wine.
